3 Ingredient Skinny Onion Rings

  1. 8 ounces onions (one med-large onion)
  2. 1/2 cup bread crumbs (or fiber one cereal crushed to make it more nutritious)
  3. 2 egg whites
  4. * feel free to add, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
  1. Slice Onion 1/2 inch thick
  2. Soak for 30 minutes in icewater
  3. dip each slice in beaten egg whites, then bread crumbs
  4. add additional seasoning as desired (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion salt)
  5. bake at 400 degress for 20 minutes
